Every set pairs a loveseat or sofa, either reclining or modular, with two swivel glider recliners. Loveseat sets seat four and sofa sets seat five; console loveseat versions add a shared console between the two seats, and modular sectional sets vary by configuration, so check each listing. Everything in a set comes from the same collection, so the frame, weave and cushions match. Firepit sets add a matching firepit table; otherwise a set is three pieces, and you can add a table separately. Each seat is rated for up to 300 lbs.

As a rule of thumb, plan on roughly 10 × 10 ft for a loveseat set and 10 × 12 ft for a sofa set, so everyone can recline without crowding. The pieces themselves: a three-seat sofa is about 76"–81" wide, a loveseat 53" (Keywest), and each recliner 27.5"–32" wide and about 30" deep upright. Fully reclined, a recliner or reclining sofa seat reaches about 67", so leave room around the table. Lay out tape on the floor to test the footprint, and check the dimension diagrams on each product page.

Start with the group. A loveseat set (four seats) fits most decks and mid-size patios; a sofa set (five seats) suits larger spaces and regular hosting. Then choose the frame by home. Aluminum (Huntington, Shoreline) suits modern architecture and poolside settings. Wicker (Keywest, Newport, Malibu II) suits traditional, layered outdoor rooms: Keywest is light and relaxed, Newport is a versatile medium brown, and Malibu II is bold and substantial.

The recliners swivel a full 360° and glide, so the layout is flexible. The classic is a U: the sofa or loveseat on one side, the recliners angled in toward the table on the other, turned to face the group or the view. On a smaller patio, put the sofa against the edge with a recliner at each end in an L, and leave about 3 feet of walkway behind the seating. Because every piece is sold on its own in the same collection, you can add a matching recliner later.

Our firepit conversation sets come in the Huntington aluminum collection. They replace the coffee table with a matching aluminum firepit table, so the fire sits at the center of the group. The Huntington firepit table is 39" square and 25.6" high with a 40,000 BTU burner and an enclosed cabinet with a locking door for the propane tank; a burner cover is included, and the propane tank is not. Seat the group back from the flame and follow the firepit's instructions for clearances. If you would rather keep it simple, the same Huntington sets are also sold without the firepit.
