Yes — within 14 days of delivery, you don't pay anything for return shipping; it's covered as part of your full refund. After 14 days, you can still return your furniture within 90 days, but a 20% restocking fee applies and you'll be responsible for shipping costs, which are no longer refundable.

We can only accept returns on undamaged, unmodified products in clean, original condition with all packaging and parts intact. Exchanges are treated the same as returns.

Items marked “final sale,” “clearance sale,” “as is,” or “made-to-order” aren't eligible for return — any excluded item is noted on its product page.

Frames are built from rust-proof aluminum. The reclining mechanism beneath the cushions is zinc-plated, e-coated steel — a two-stage rust-resistant treatment made for outdoor use — so every swivel, glide, and recline keeps moving smoothly season after season.

All our outdoor recliners are built for reliable support and durability, with a weight capacity of up to 300 lbs. per seat.

Yes. All our recliners are built with generous dimensions. Malibu II, Huntington and Shoreline are our largest and are similar in size, so they are the roomiest place to start if you are on the taller side. Newport is mid-sized and Keywest is our most compact. Every product page has full dimension diagrams so you can compare.

We no longer send physical fabric and wicker swatches — we've moved to high-resolution digital images and detailed descriptions so you can compare textures and colors accurately from home. This also cuts down on the waste and shipping footprint of physical samples.

In Stock items are ready to go — we process and hand them to FedEx within 2–3 business days of confirmed payment.

Pre-Order items aren't in hand yet. Each product page states the earliest ship date, so you know exactly when it will go out before you buy.

Total delivery time has two parts: how long it takes us to process your order, and how long FedEx takes to deliver it once it ships.

Order processing: new orders are processed and handed to FedEx within 2–3 business days of confirmed payment (credit card payments typically confirm within 1–2 business days; ACH and debit payments can take 3–5 business days to clear, and orders paid this way ship once payment is confirmed).

FedEx delivery: once your order ships, FedEx transit typically takes another 3–5 business days, depending on distance.
